Yes, you can use all of our Tools for absolutely free! You’ll never have to pay to set up Events, Appointments, and Surveys on Graceful Tools.

So how do we make money?

First, we offer subscription services for a small fee. Paying subscribers can set up larger events, customize their webpage, and get support on the phone. You can click here to see more information about our pricing plans. Our prices are set lower than any comparable service we’ve seen. And we plan to keep it that way.

Second, we charge a fee when you do. For example, if you’re using GT Payments Processing to collect conference registration fees with Events or to let your piano students pay for lessons online through Appointments, we add a nominal surcharge.

If you want to collect payments for your events or appointments and you don't want to set up a Paypal account you can use GT Payments Processing. You give us your address, and we mail you a check for your balance every month.* You don't even need to subscribe to our service to use this feature.

We deduct a small service fee for using GT Payments Processing, much of which is the cost of processing the credit card.

Graceful Tools was founded during the summer of 2007 by alumni of InterVarsity Christian Fellowship at Stanford. We'd been watching our inboxes fill up with event invitations and long email chains trying to schedule meetings, and we'd seen social networking sites and instant messaging used as poor substitutes for face-to-face interactions.

We began with a simple idea: create simple, powerful tools that help people spend less time interacting with technology and more time with the people who really matter. We started building a site at meetingstarter.com with a Tool that would eventually become Events.

We’ve come a long way in the short time since then. We've streamlined our Tools and created new Tools in response to user demand. We've also built a service team who want to help you use technology rather than be used by technology.

The God of the Judeo-Christian tradition declares, "It is not good for man to be alone." We agree. We believe that our relationships with each other matter and that life is better when we get together.

If Graceful Tools helps you spend a little less time in front of a computer screen and a little more time with friends, customers, and students, we’ve done what we set out to do.
